It is produced according to the technology which stipulates complete mechanization of the process, excluding human participation. It enabled to improve the manufacturing process: fibres made from molecular-orientation polyethylene are firstly colored and, then, covered with protective composition. Only after that they are braided according to certain parameters of tension. Absence of manual labor and high quality of manufacturing enabled to reduce the prime cost of lines in comparison with traditional methods. Thus, Extreama being already famous for its upsized power and resilience to damages, anglers have even more chances to become winners in the fight with predators, surrounded but the densest of the underwater jungles. 4-braided lines technology provides Extreama New Generation with maximum smoothness, minimum thickness and round diameter, which contributes to their better moving along the loops.
